my booking policies

At Salon True, we require a deposit of 25% of the desired service to book and secure an appointment for new guests.

The deposit will go toward the cost of your service with Salon True.  If your appointment is cancelled more than 48 hours prior to your appointment, the deposit will be automatically refunded.  In the event of a rescheduled appointment, the deposit will be transferred to the new appointment with no less than 48 hours' notice.  If the appointment is rescheduled or cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, the deposit will not be refunded and another deposit will be required for another appointment request.


No kids in the salon.

To ensure all my guests the opportunity have a peaceful and pleasant salon experience without having to worry about little eyes and ears and I can focus on you and your hair, I politely request you do not bring any children.  I hope you will understand Salon True's decision to provide a child-free experience and take the opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy your appointment.

No additional guests or pets.

Currently, we are asking our guests to come to their appointments alone, unless parties of friends and/or relatives are scheduled in together.  Please do not bring pets to your appointment with you.  While we love to meet your fur-babies, we have to take precautions for a safe-air space for all our guests.


One booking at a time.

Please do not book multiple appointments unless approved by your stylist. 

my cancellation policies

I ask that you provide me with 48 hours' notice of cancellation.

I recognize that not all of life's unexpected events come with notice.  Please let me know as soon as possible if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment.  In case of a true, unforeseen, and unavoidable emergency, a cancellation fee will be charged and will be handled on case-by-case scenario.

A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee.

The amount charged will be equal to 50% of the booked services.

If you cancel or reschedule two consecutive appointments you will be required to place a 25% non-refundable deposit for all future appointments.

In the event of a rescheduled appointment, the deposit will be transferred to the new appointment with no less than 48 hours' notice.  If rescheduling within 48 hours, another deposit will be required.

No show appointments will not be tolerated.

If you no show an appointment you will be required to pay full amount for the missed appointment before re-booking.

"what happens if" policies

Late Arrivals

I understand that things may happen outside of your control that make you late to your appointment. I am committed to doing everything I can to accommodate you, however, if you are running more than 15 minutes late and I cannot accommodate your full appointment, the same cancellation fee (50% of the book services) will be charged.

Inclement Weather

From October 1 - March 30 my cancellation policy is adjusted as follows.  If major roadways are publicly closed, the cancellation fee will be waived. I realize that we do see heavy weather here, however my cancellation policy does still stand in the absence of major, publicized road closures.
